We are looking to add friendly and motivated telephone agents to our Business Development Team, which handles inbound calls and Internet leads. In this position, you will answer customers’ questions about vehicle prices, availability, financing, and more with the goal of scheduling an appointment for them to meet with our dealership’s sales team.
The job includes gaining some product knowledge and phone training, logging notes/communication in a lead management tool, relentless telephone follow-up, tracking appointments, and reporting results,
Requirements
- Respond to all incoming Internet leads via telephone, email, and text in a quick and professional manner
- Make a HIGH volume of outbound phone calls to potential customers
- Enter notes and communications into the CRM while you are talking with customers
- Work with the Internet Sales Manager to ensure individual goals are met
- Support fellow BDC representatives, displaying a genuine "TEAM" spirit each day!
- Strive to meet and/or exceed goals and performance expectations
- Respond to leads within 5-10 minutes of receiving them in the CRM
- Respond to inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Follow dealership lead handling processes
- Have an excellent record of attendance
